Torque Tech Capital is owned and run by two brothers, Jeffery and Jeremy Vernetti. Born and raised in South Louisiana, these brothers have since enjoyed careers in both investment banking and corporate America and are transitioning their finance and executive leadership to small business and entrepreneurial endeavors.
Their close knit southern upbringing along with decades of business experience have instilled a philosophy of authenticity, professionalism, and grit to owning and operating small business.
Members of Torque Tech Capital have a history of buying and operating companies in various industries including industrial, mining, energy, materials, logistics and technology. Our primary investors include both Members as well as other private investors.
